Litigation Paralegal – Trained, Supported, Valued
Burg Law, P.A
What You're Walking Into
Burg Law is a niche Florida law firm focused on community association law, real estate, and civil litigation. It is a specialized practice with consistent, growing demand in one of the fastest-developing regions in the state. We are a small, tight team that does serious work without the dysfunction that plagues most firms. No politics. No micromanagement. Direct feedback, real appreciation, and a culture where good work is actually noticed.
We train our people, support them when things get complicated, and invest in their long-term success. This isn't trial by fire. It's a place where you're set up to do your best work and recognized when you do.
If you're a skilled Florida litigation paralegal who wants to be genuinely useful, work with clients who value what you do, and build your career at a firm that actually respects your expertise, this role is built for you.
