A significant portion of our practice involves representing offshore liquidators and insolvency professionals in the British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands in U.S. proceedings, coordinating multi‑jurisdictional strategies to locate, freeze, and recover assets. Our clients include foreign governments, financial institutions, international insolvency practitioners, litigation funders, investors, and public and private entities. Recent matters include sovereign judgment enforcement, telecom and investor fraud, cryptocurrency tracing and recovery, and other sophisticated commercial actions.

Position Details
Gluck Bluestone is seeking to hire a litigation paralegal to support senior attorneys in a number of capacities, all of which require strong investigative, analytical, and organizational skills. This is a unique and immediate full-time opportunity for a team oriented, professional looking to develop hands-on litigation experience in fraud and asset recovery litigation and who seeks continued growth in learning and further developing their paralegal skills within the legal field.
This is a hybrid position. The ideal candidate will be willing and able to work both remotely with some in-office time either midtown Miami or New York City. The ideal candidate will also have a certification or degree in paralegal studies with a minimum of three years of work experience in the legal field, and have strong interest in financial and other fraud, banking transactions, corporate relationships, and international business. Experience with New York litigation, in state and federal courts is preferred (Bankruptcy Court a plus, however not required).
