Litigation Paralegal – Plaintiff Personal Injury

A rapidly growing plaintiff-side litigation practice is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful personal injury matters while supporting attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.
Responsibilities:
• Manage plaintiff personal injury litigation files from inception through resolution
• Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence
• Maintain case deadlines and litigation calendars
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case strategy support
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal experience required
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and deadlines
• Spanish bilingual skills preferred but not required
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $110,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
