Our client, a rapidly growing company in their respective field, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support their attorneys with case management, discovery coordination, and preparation for key legal proceedings. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic legal team and support a wide range of operational, regulatory, and commercial litigation matters across the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
Litigation Paralegal Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize litigation files, matter databases, and document repositories
Assist with drafting and reviewing pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, and internal correspondence
Coordinate discovery efforts, including document collection, organization, and production involving multiple business units
Support attorneys with regulatory‑related litigation, claims matters, incident documentation, and investigations
Conduct factual research and prepare summaries, timelines, and supporting materials
Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and matter‑specific milestones
Assist with preparation for hearings, mediations, depositions, arbitrations, and settlement discussions
Serve as a liaison between the legal team, internal departments, outside counsel, and third‑party vendors
Help oversee document management processes to ensure compliance with company standards
Litigation Paralegal Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred
4-10 years of litigation experience
Familiarity with state and federal litigation procedures
Experience with e‑discovery tools and document management systems
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
