Litigation Paralegal

A well-established law firm in Dallas is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage complex cases with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paralegal experience in commercial litigation, construction law, premises liability, general liability, or insurance defense
• Strong knowledge of Texas court rules and procedures; federal experience preferred
• Proficiency with e-filing systems, case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 – $110,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
