Litigation Paralegal (Contract-to-Hire) – In-House

About the Role:

We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal with hands-on civil litigation experience to support an in-house legal team in Phoenix. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, ideal for candidates who are currently available and open to transitioning into a permanent role.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage discovery, including document review, organization, and production.
• Assist with drafting pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
• Prepare for trial: organize exhibits, coordinate witnesses, and maintain case files.
• Collaborate with internal counsel and outside firms nationwide.
• Review contracts for accuracy and compliance.
• Support matters involving debt claims, collections, and/or garnishments.
• Track cases using legal case management systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience (plaintiff, defense, or collections/garnishments).
• Strong discovery and trial prep experience.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with legal document management and case tracking tools.
• Must be local to Phoenix, AZ and available to work onsite.
• Must be available to start on a contract basis (not ideal for currently employed candidates seeking direct hire only).
