Litigation Attorney - Senior Level

A premier midtown plaintiff law firm specializing in securities class actions seeks a Senior Associate with 7-8 years of experience to join its team handling complex litigation and securities class actions involving cutting edge cases. 

The successful candidate will possess exceptional writing and legal research skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. A high degree of accuracy in work product and strong attention to detail are essential.

Candidate must have the ability to:

• Draft motions, complaints, memoranda, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and analyze relevant facts and regulations for cases
• Prepare and conduct depositions
• Select, prepare, and coordinate expert witnesses
• Review, summarize, and highlight key evidence gathered from documents and other discovery materials
