This role provides an opportunity to advocate for clients and deliver high-quality legal representation in meaningful personal injury matters. The Attorney will work directly with clients to understand their cases, demonstrate compassion and professionalism, and build trust through clear and consistent communication.

Attorneys in this position are responsible for managing cases from intake through resolution, including regular client updates and communications with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and settlement offers. When required, the Attorney will prepare cases for trial and serve as trial counsel, ensuring each case is handled strategically and thoroughly.

This position is ideal for a motivated personal injury attorney who values client relationships, strong advocacy, and professional growth.

Requirements and Skills:

• Full-time position
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• 3 to 5 years of personal injury litigation experience
• Active member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Experience evaluating claims and determining case value
• Superb negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently in an office environment
• Team-oriented mindset
