Litigation Attorney


Location: Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Pay Rate: $150K to $180K per year

Job Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time, Hybrid


LHH is partnering with a reputable regional law firm in Las Vegas, NV that specializes in complex litigation matters across business, employment, general liability, and professional liability. The firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate will manage cases independently, draft motions such as motions to dismiss and for summary judgment, take and defend depositions, and prepare for trials including witness prep, exhibit organization, and trial strategy. Strong legal writing, analytical skills, and courtroom experience are essential.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle a caseload involving complex litigation matters
  • Analyze intricate legal issues and develop strategic case plans
  • Structure and execute discovery plans, including taking and defending depositions
  • Manage document-intensive cases and oversee document review processes
  • Draft and argue dispositive motions
  • Prepare cases for trial, including witness preparation and trial strategy
  • Collaborate with legal teams and clients to ensure effective advocacy


Qualifications:

  • Active member of the State Bar of Nevada and in good standing
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in complex litigation, including business, employment, general liability, and/or professional liability
  • Proven ability to work independently and handle cases from inception to resolution
  • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
  • Experience with depositions, discovery, and trial preparation
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
