Litigation Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to manage the full lifecycle of plaintiff personal injury cases, from pre-suit through trial. Our firm handles a range of matters including motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic injury claims, and commercial vehicle cases. Experience in medical malpractice is a strong plus and will support future growth opportunities within the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of active personal injury litigation files from intake through resolution
• Develop and execute case strategy, including discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation
• Collaborate with paralegals, pre-litigation team, and records staff to build strong cases
• Identify and evaluate potential medical malpractice components within cases
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials in Palm Beach County and surrounding areas

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida or actively pursuing Florida Bar admission (out-of-state candidates encouraged to apply)
• Minimum 5 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience (8+ years preferred)
• Trial experience required – must have taken cases to verdict
• Medical malpractice litigation experience is highly desirable
• Strong organizational, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Haitian Creole) is a plus
