A growing, boutique litigation firm is hiring a Civil Litigation Attorney (3–7 years) to step into a hands-on role with immediate responsibility, direct client interaction, and meaningful impact on case strategy.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Manage a caseload of ~30–50 matters
• Handle a mix of civil litigation (business disputes, employment, personal injury)
• Drive case strategy, settlements, and client communication
• Work closely with experienced attorneys—no layers, no bottlenecks

✅ What They’re Looking For

• 3–7 years of litigation experience
• Strong general civil litigation background
• Someone who wants ownership, not just support work

💰 Billable and Bonus:

• Bonus Structure:
• $200K+ collections → 20% bonus
• $250K+ collections → 30% bonus
• Billables: 1,300 hours (reasonable + sustainable)

🏢 Environment

• Collaborative, high-access team structure
• Strong preference for in-office presence
• First 90 days: onsite immersion for faster ramp-up

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 – $170,000. [Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.]
