Litigation Attorney - Business and Real Estate

Specifically, we are looking for attorney candidate(s) who are well-versed in corporate formations, business transactions, real estate, with strong litigation background and experience, preferably with some construction defect case experience.

The ideal attorney(s) will have:

• 4+ years experience in litigation;
• Preferably licenses in Oregon and Washington;
• Solid research skills;
• Experience in the preparation of pleadings;
• An interest in marketing; and
• Diligence, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and organization.
• An ability to prioritize multiple, concurrent matters and activities;
• Desire to learn and continuously improve skills and abilities;
• Willingness to take on tough assignments and be resourceful;
