Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 remote) for a Litigation Associate at Rosen & Schneider, LLC, located in Portland, OR. The Litigation Associate will manage complex legal cases, draft and file motions, conduct legal research, participate in depositions, and represent clients in various court proceedings. The role requires collaboration with a team of experienced attorneys to provide effective and strategic defense for clients.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active state bar membership in Oregon (Washington license a plus but not required)
• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Strong foundation in Law and a commitment to upholding legal ethics
• Proficiency in drafting and filing clear and persuasive legal Motions
• Exceptional Research skills to support case strategy and legal arguments
• Experience in conducting Depositions and preparing clients and witnesses
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
