Litigation Associate

Seeking a Litigation Associate with 4+ years of experience to join its defense litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have experience handling products liability, premises liability, and general liability defense matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of civil litigation from case inception through trial preparation
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and court appearances
• Manage cases and communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

Qualifications

• 4+ years of litigation experience
• Experience with products liability and/or premises liability defense
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania
