LITIGATION ASSOCIATE - ATLANTA
Our mid sized Atlanta based law firm client has an immediate need for a Litigation Associate in their mid-town Atlanta offices.
The ideal candidate for this position will have three-plus years experience in a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters. Experience taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings and motions, and managing discovery is required. This position allows frequent and direct client contact. Additional experience with real estate related litigation matters is extremely helpful.
