Litigation Associate or Of Counsel | LA, SD, Oak

We are seeking an experienced litigator to join our Trial & Litigation group in San Diego, Los Angeles, or Oakland. This role focuses on high-stakes eminent domain matters, valuation analysis, and public entity land acquisition.

As a key member of our litigation team, you will manage complex cases from inception through trial, including developing litigation strategy, conducting discovery, taking depositions, and handling extensive motion practice.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in eminent domain, real estate litigation, or public entity land acquisition.
• Skills: Proven ability to manage discovery, prepare substantive motions, and handle valuation-heavy litigation.
• Preference: Candidates with a background in complex litigation and trial preparation are strongly preferred.
