A well-established, highly regarded firm with a sophisticated commercial litigation practice is hiring a mid-level associate for its New York office. This is a seat for an attorney who wants substantive work, real responsibility, and a clear path to grow inside a collegial, dynamic firm.

The Opportunity

You will work shoulder to shoulder with partners on complex commercial disputes, not sit behind a wall of document review. The practice is busy, the matters are sophisticated, and the clients are demanding in the best way.

What You'll Do

• Handle all phases of sophisticated commercial litigation
• Draft motions, briefs, and pleadings on substantive issues
• Take and defend depositions, manage discovery, and interface directly with clients
• Partner with senior attorneys on case strategy from intake through resolution

What You Bring

• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience at a sophisticated firm
• Admission to the New York Bar (required)
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent oral and written advocacy skills
• A genuine commitment to excellence and client service

Compensation

$220,000 to $365,000, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
