Litigation Associate

Project Recruit is partnering with a highly respected national law firm with a strong reputation for handling complex litigation and high-stakes disputes. The firm represents a diverse client base, including leading corporations, financial institutions, and emerging companies, in sophisticated commercial matters across a wide range of industries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing and executing key phases of complex commercial litigation matters
• Handling written discovery and document production
• Conducting legal research and drafting memoranda, pleadings, and motions, including dispositive and non-dispositive motions
• Taking and defending depositions
• Assisting with witness preparation and case strategy
• Supporting trial preparation, including evidence development and case analysis
• Collaborating closely with partners and clients while maintaining responsibility for day-to-day case management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4–5 years of commercial litigation experience at a law firm
• Admission to the California Bar
• Experience handling discovery, motion practice, depositions, and witness preparation
• Strong analytical, research, writing, and case-management skills
