The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting, handling motions and pre-trial preparation, arguing motions or appeals, preparing for, defending, and conducting depositions, and communicating effectively with clients and opposing counsel.
The firm is known for its commitment to training and mentoring, and providing associates with stand-up litigation opportunities. Candidates must have strong research, writing, and academics.
