Attorney – Insurance Defense
Location: Charlotte, NC | Hybrid
Compensation: $105,000–$175,000 DOE
A growing, well-regarded litigation firm in Charlotte is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney to join its team. This role offers hands-on experience in sophisticated general liability matters within a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment.
You’ll handle premises, auto, and slip-and-fall matters, managing cases from intake through resolution or trial. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, as well as conducting depositions and attending hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
Ideal for candidates with 3+ years of insurance defense or general liability experience, strong drafting skills, and the ability to manage cases independently.
