Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Litigation Associate located in the greater Boston, MA area with some flexibility for remote work. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for handling litigation matters, drafting motions and legal documents, conducting legal research, preparing for and attending depositions, and representing clients in court. The role requires thorough preparation and effective communication with clients, courts, and opposing parties.
