Role Description

The Litigation Associate will be responsible for a variety of clients and cases. Daily tasks include drafting legal motions, managing depositions, and representing clients in court. This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Boston, MA, offering the flexibility to work remotely on occasion.

Qualifications

Some experience

• in drafting and reviewing Motions preferred
• Strong interest representing clients in Courts
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active license to practice law
• Public speaking and client counseling self assurance
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Prior experience in litigation or strong interest in litigation
