What You’ll Do:
✔ Manage large, multi-party and multi-district exposure cases
✔ Handle depositions, hearings, motion practice, and discovery independently
✔ Coordinate with experts, insurers, and national counsel
✔ Lead strategy development from early investigation through trial preparation
✔ Work directly with corporate clients and serve as a key member of a high-performing team
What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years defense-side experience in asbestos, toxic tort, products liability, or industrial operations
• Strong courtroom skills and confidence managing complex caseloads
• Proven ability to handle large volumes of technical and operational evidence
