Dhillon Law Group is seeking a mid‑ to senior‑level Litigation Associate to join its Employment Law Practice. This role offers meaningful responsibility in high‑stakes employment litigation and hands‑on counseling work for both employers and employees.


What You’ll Do

  • Handle single‑plaintiff and complex employment litigation
  • Work on wage and hour matters, including class actions
  • Advise employers and employees on compliance, investigations, terminations, and separation issues
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs
  • Conduct and defend depositions
  • Appear at hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
  • Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
  • Work closely with partners on lean, highly engaged teams


What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of litigation experience
  • Employment law experience required
  • Strong motion practice and discovery skills
  • Excellent research and writing abilities
  • Working knowledge of California employment law
  • Active California Bar membership
