Litigation Associate Attorney

LHH is partnering with a highly respected, full-service law firm in the Greater Los Angeles area to recruit a Commercial Litigator with 2 to 4 years of experience. This role offers real-world, hands-on experience working alongside top-rated and former Big Law attorneys on complex matters.

The firm is deeply invested in mentorship and attorney development, providing clear support and guidance to help associates grow and advance their careers.

This firm offers:

• Office type: Hybrid (3 days in office)
• Billables: 1800
• Base Salary: $220K-$240K (commensurate with experience)
• Highly competitive bonus structure tied to billable hours (earn $10K- $70K+ more annually)

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4 Years of Litigation Experience
• JD from an accredited university
• Active membership in the California State Bar
