WHO YOU ARE:
- You stand for what's right—and you don't back down. You care about people and want to use your skills to hold wrongdoers accountable. You have 6+ years of litigation experience, preferably in plaintiff-side practice. Trial experience is a major plus. Experience in sexual abuse, employment law, or mass action litigation is valued
THE ROLE:
- You'll work with experienced partners and associates to manage both individual plaintiff cases and complex matters from inception through trial. You'll make a real difference in clients' lives while staying at the forefront of legal developments in California. You'll also grow your referral network and participate in legal associations across California and the country
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a caseload from initial intake through trial
- Work closely with clients to assess needs and develop effective legal strategies
- Stay current with California law, including updates relevant to PI, employment, and mass action claims
- Collaborate with firm leadership to develop your client base and referral sources
- Engage with local, state, and national trial lawyer organizations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California Bar (Required)
- At least 6+ years of civil litigation experience
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage high-value cases independently and collaboratively
- Strong organization and time-management skills

Pay: $160,000-$200,000+ DOE
License: California Bar License (Required, Active, In Good Standing)
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90045 — Must relocate prior to start.
