Litigation Associate
Commercial Litigation Associate for Mid Size Firm in NY: We are recruiting for a 2021-2023 JD with experience in commercial litigation, with particular emphasis in real estate litigation, including commercial mortgage foreclosure, contract disputes, and fiduciary duty litigation. Experience with partnership and restrictive covenant disputes would be a plus. The salary range is $180,000-$210,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance. Billable hours expectation is minimum 1,800 hours a year. Admission to New York bar is required.
