THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an opportunity to join one of the premier energy-focused litigation and regulatory practices in the country, representing clients at the intersection of litigation, infrastructure, and energy regulation.

Associates work on sophisticated disputes and regulatory matters involving electric utilities, transmission projects, generation assets, eminent domain proceedings, and agency proceedings before key Texas and federal regulators.

The practice offers substantial responsibility early in your career, including direct involvement in strategy development, witness preparation, hearings, motion practice, and interactions with industry experts and technical consultants.

Ideal candidates will have a genuine interest in the energy sector and a desire to build a long-term practice advising clients on some of the most significant regulatory and infrastructure issues facing Texas and the broader U.S. energy market.
