We are searching for our next Vice President, Escrow Paying Agency Client Manager. Join an organization that values great talent and supports career development.
As our Vice President, you will be reporting to the Escrow Paying Agency Team Leader and will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of PA relationships. You will be working with the Client Intermediary to accomplish the tasks at hand and will have accountability for all facets of the account administration of PA transactions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the onboarding of new deals which includes client calls, preparing and reviewing client files and successfully closing deals, approves and releases payments.
- Managing account so that overdrafts, write-offs, un-invested cash, operating losses and business risk is avoided.
- Ensuring that all account activities are in compliance with the relevant governing paying agency agreement and JPMorgan policies and procedures.
- Partner with Team Leader, Client Managers, Product Management and Sales to maximize new business opportunities with existing client base.
- Participate and lead special projects as necessary including the timely and accurate completion of project related deliverables.
- Analyze legal agreements and supporting documentation from shareholders to make decisions on funds release.
- Provide strong customer service by responding quickly and accurately to client requests, offering solutions to client needs and developing and maintaining client relationships
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 2-4 + years of work experience in financial services, preferably in Escrow, Trust or Custody
Familiarity with legal agreements
- Team player, multitasker, strong risk controls, work well in fast paced environment; be proactive; client service experience.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance, preferred
- Customer Service Experience
