Job Title: Liquid Cooling Systems / Cold Plate Lab Technician

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
• Experience working with liquid cooling systems, cold plates, thermal management, or server hardware.
• Hands-on experience assembling, installing, testing, and troubleshooting cooling systems and hardware components.
• Experience supporting engineering labs, prototype builds, and hardware validation activities.
• Familiarity with PCB assemblies, electronic components, and mechanical assemblies.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Knowledge of ESD and laboratory safety procedures.
