As part of our expansion in North America, we are launching and scaling our US–Mexico cross-border transportation network and are looking for a strong operational leader to drive this initiative.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Linehaul Supervisor to oversee cross-border transportation operations between the United States and Mexico (USA ↔ Mexico).

This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end linehaul movements, carrier performance, customs coordination, cost optimization, and service reliability for cross-border freight flows.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in US–Mexico transportation lanes, customs processes, and high-volume logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Border Linehaul Operations

• Oversee daily linehaul movements between the USA and Mexico
• Manage carrier capacity, transit times, and SLA compliance
• Coordinate closely with customs brokers and border operations teams
• Ensure proper documentation and regulatory compliance on both sides

Carrier & Vendor Management

• Manage third-party carriers and transportation vendors
• Negotiate rates and monitor cost per mile
• Track carrier KPIs including on-time performance and exception rates

Operational Performance

• Optimize routing, load planning, and trailer utilization
• Monitor cross-border dwell times and clearance efficiency
• Handle operational escalations and service recovery

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to US and Mexico transportation regulations
• Maintain safety and operational compliance standards
• Identify risks in cross-border flows and implement mitigation plans

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in linehaul or transportation operations
• Strong experience in US–Mexico cross-border logistics
• Knowledge of customs processes and freight documentation
• Experience managing carriers and 3PL providers
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Strong analytical and KPI-driven mindset
• Experience in e-commerce or parcel logistics is a plus
