What Youll Do: Execute prep and service for a fast-paced breakfast/lunch caf Maintain consistency, quality, and cleanliness in all stations Support and mentor student trainees during daily operations Assist with prep lists, inventory, and kitchen organization Uphold food safety and sanitation standards What Were Looking For: At least 1 year of line cook experience Strong knife skills and basic cooking techniques Ability to work early morning shifts and stay organized under pressure Clear communication and a positive, team-first attitude Interest in mentoring or working in a multicultural environment Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential job functions of this position.
