Line Cook II – Carnegies Café at Tropicana Laughlin
We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Line Cook to help craft the hearty, flavorful dishes Carnegies Café is known for. This role is hands‑on in a fast‑moving kitchen where teamwork, consistency, and strong attention to detail keep the operation running smoothly. If you take pride in quality, enjoy a lively kitchen environment, and can deliver reliable results under pressure, you’ll thrive on our culinary team.
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and portion standards
- Work multiple stations including grill, sauté, fry, pantry, and prep
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation in compliance with SNHD and company standards
- Assist with daily prep, restocking, and proper food storage
- Follow food safety procedures including labeling, rotation, and temperature control
- Support opening and closing duties including equipment setup and breakdown
- Communicate clearly with chefs and teammates to ensure smooth service
- Deliver Family‑Style Service in every interaction with guests and team members
