Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Lead the patient intake process by capturing vital signs and health histories, setting the tone for a welcoming and efficient clinical visit for patients of all ages.

• Coordinate preventive care and screenings to help families stay ahead of chronic conditions through proactive health monitoring and routine immunizations.

• Facilitate seamless clinical communication by managing patient inquiries, laboratory results, and pharmacy requests to ensure continuity of care between visits.

• Empower patients through wellness education, translating complex treatment plans into actionable steps for disease management and holistic healthy living.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program permit (GVN) obtained prior to start date or job transfer date is required-OR-Temporary or Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license to practice in the state of Texas is required or must be obtained prior to hire or job transfer date-OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition through the Nurse Licensure Compact is required or must be obtained prior to hire or job transfer date.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
