What You’ll Do
As a key member of our Care Team, you will manage a diverse caseload of approximately 60+ clients. While the caseload sounds high, your schedule is built for flexibility—not every child requires weekly sessions.
- Diverse Therapy: Provide 1:1 therapy, family support, and crisis intervention.
- Clinical Variety: Address issues ranging from ADHD, anxiety, and depression to complex trauma and psychosis.
- Collaborative Care: Engage in consultation and case management to ensure holistic support for your clients.
- Billing Made Simple: Reach your 35-hour weekly billable target through a flexible mix of direct therapy, documentation, consultations, and case management.
- Tech-Forward: Utilize Avatar EHR for streamlined documentation and charting.
What You Bring to the Table
- Licensure: Must be a fully licensed LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC (BBS Registered).
- Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience working within underserved communities or high-acuity mental health settings.
- Resilience: Comfort working with severe cases and navigating crisis situations with a calm, clinical approach.
- Language (Bonus): Bilingual Spanish skills are highly valued and a major plus!
