Position: Licensed Professional Counselor
Location: Onsite in Appleton, WI
Duration: Full Time Direct hire
Ideal Fit
Master’s degree in counseling or social work
Independently licensed in Wisconsin (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)

Strong at building rapport with clients and appropriate retention
Comfortable building a caseload over time

Flexible, understanding, and communicative approach within a small team setting
