• Direct Care: Deliver patient care under RN or physician supervision within the legal scope of license.

• Patient Assessment: Assist in clinical assessments and monitor patient stability to ensure ongoing well-being.

• Medication Administration: Give prescribed medications and monitor for adverse reactions or treatment complications.

• Clinical Procedures: Perform laboratory tests and therapeutic services following established safety protocols.

• Health Education: Instruct patients and families on discharge plans, holistic health, and available recovery resources.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
