Licensed Physical Therapist or Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant – Full Time
HTS is currently seeking a Physical Therapist OR Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at a senior living community in DeMotte, IN. This well-regarded community provides inpatient rehabilitation, long-term care, memory care, assisted and independent living, along with a robust outpatient program serving individuals of all ages. Its diverse patient population helps therapists maintain and expand their clinical skills.
Position Details:
· Full-time, 30 – 40 hours per week.
· Well equipped therapy gym with a training kitchen and bathroom, plus private office areas and treatment rooms.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include earning a degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist or physical therapist assistant education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
