Grandstrand Funeral Home is a family-owned funeral home serving the Lindström area with deep community roots and high standards of care. We’re hiring a Funeral Director to join our team as we grow. We’re looking for someone who is confident with families, calm under pressure, and proud of the craft—not just someone filling a shift.

What we’re looking for (required)

  • Funeral Director license (or ability to become licensed in MN within a defined timeframe)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism with families and partners


Helpful to have

  • 2+ years of experience in funeral service (we will consider newer directors with the right fit)
  • Comfort with arrangements, directing services, and managing multiple priorities
  • Experience with after-hours calls in a rotating schedule

Compensation is competitive and based on experience, and we’re prepared to move quickly for the right person.

Depending on experience and fit, the offer may include:
