Central Minnesota Mental Health Center has an opportunity for a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) to become part of our team in the Outpatient Substance Use Disorder program. This position is for case management of an outpatient adult evening SUD group out of our St. Cloud office.
COMPENSATION
Target Range - $56,000 - $66,000
*In addition to the base salary, eligible individuals can earn monthly and annual bonuses for services exceeding impact targets*
POSITION HOURS
This is a salary exempt position, fulfilling a 40 hour work week. This position requires three evening nights per week and has the ability for a four-day work week (Monday-Thursday).
Monday + Wednesday until 8:00pm
Tuesday until 7:00pm

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The LADC performs chemical health evaluations for clients, develops individual intervention, treatment, and recovery plans, and facilitates or leads group sessions.
