The firm's California presence is active and expanding — with deal flow that reflects a go-to position among the world's largest PE sponsors.
This team is interested in strong mid-level Leveraged Finance associates to join the firm's Los Angeles practice in Century City.
The Practice
This Leveraged Finance group advises on some of the most complex and high-profile sponsor-side transactions in the market — acquisition financings, unitranche and term loan B structures, leveraged recapitalizations, and large-cap take-private deals. The firm counts the flagship funds of Blackstone, KKR, Silver Lake, Hellman & Friedman, and EQT among its longstanding clients.
Partners here are known for bringing associates in early, investing in their development, and integrating laterals as genuine contributors rather than headcount. The team is known for being rigorous without being hierarchical. Associates here get early and substantive exposure to complex deal structures, direct engagement with senior partners, and a level of mentorship that is uncommon at firms of this caliber.
