About the Role

We are seeking a Level 1 Help Desk Analyst with strong call center IT support experience to provide high-volume technical and customer support to both internal teams and external users.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 technical support (hardware, software, connectivity)
  • Handle high-volume inbound calls in a customer-focused environment
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate to Tier 2 / vendors as needed
  • Support external users with password resets, account access, and web-related issues
  • Manage and monitor ticket queues to ensure timely resolution
  • Deliver excellent customer service, including handling challenging situations


Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years IT Help Desk experience (Call Center environment mandatory)
  • ✅ Strong knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Windows 7/10, Active Directory
  • ✅ Experience with ticketing systems & escalations
  • Bilingual – Spanish (Required)
  • ✅ Basic knowledge of Apple iOS
  • ✅ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently


Qualifications

  • Vocational/Technical degree in IT or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience in a call center
