I’m working on an opportunity with a well-established law practice in St. Petersburg seeking a Commercial Real Estate Lending Paralegal.
This role is ideal for a seasoned real estate paralegal who is confident managing the full lifecycle of lending transactions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage commercial lending transactions from engagement through post-closing
• Draft and review commercial loan documents (construction, refinance, asset-based loans, acquisitions, sales, leases)
• Conduct and manage due diligence (entity, title, survey, etc.)
• Prepare and maintain deal checklists and coordinate closing deliverables
• Identify and resolve issues arising during complex transactions
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of commercial real estate paralegal experience (lender-side experience preferred)
• Strong experience with drafting and closing complex real estate transactions
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• FRP certification or eligibility preferred
