About the Internship
Seaver Law Office is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented legal intern for the Fall 2026.
This internship is an excellent opportunity for students interested in law school or legal
careers to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal environment focused on helping
families and individuals navigate complex legal matters.
Interns will work directly with attorneys and staff and gain practical exposure to legal
research, writing, and case development.
This is an educational, unpaid internship designed to provide meaningful professional
experience and mentorship.
Responsibilities
Intern responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with legal research and writing projects
- Helping prepare case materials and documentation
- Supporting attorneys with case strategy preparation
- Assisting with client communication preparation and outreach tasks
- Reviewing and proofreading legal documents
- Providing general administrative and project support
- Other tasks as assigned to support case development

Qualifications
- Junior or Senior undergraduate student preferred

- GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred

- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Professional communication skills
Schedule
Part-time Fall Internship
Minimum commitment of 2 days per week
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (including a 30-minute lunch break)
