Legal Counsel

I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a Global Consulting Firm who are looking to hire for a Commercial & Corporate Counsel to join their office based in Frisco, TX. This role will serve as the sole U.S.-based legal counsel, working closely with an international legal team and supporting a fast-growing business across the U.S.

About the role:

• Compensation Salary: up to $220k base plus bonuses
• Working module: Hybrid (3 days on site/2 days remotely)

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial and services agreements
• Supporting client engagements and contract negotiations
• Advising on acquisitions, due diligence, and post-closing matters
• Handling corporate governance, employment-related contracts, and internal commercial issues

They’re seeking someone with 4+ years’ experience, ideally with some in-house exposure and a commercial, pragmatic approach.
