Legal Consultant - II

Our client, a leading organization in the legal and government support sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Consultant - II to join their team. As a Legal Consultant - II, you will be an integral part of the Criminal Response Team supporting law enforcement and legal compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, aligning successfully within a dynamic and high-pressure environment.

Location: Bernards, NJ

What's the Job?

• Respond to high-volume calls from law enforcement regarding life-threatening situations, authenticating callers and providing necessary customer records promptly.
• Manage and document legal cases end-to-end, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, subpoenas, court orders, and search warrants.
• Prioritize and handle high-priority tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Apply sound judgment to escalate or refer issues to management when necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Enter and validate customer and account data accurately within established policies and procedures, supporting legal and compliance processes.

What's Needed?

• Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and late nights, with a flexible schedule.
• Willingness to complete four weeks of training, Monday through Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, with full attendance required.
• Ability to apply for and obtain government clearance.
• Strong multitasking skills with the capacity to work independently under high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in data entry, transcription, and computer skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
