Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a busy and respected plaintiff’s catastrophic injury law firm in Center City, Philadelphia to find an experienced Legal Assistant. This position will support a shareholder who specializes in personal injury litigation, product liability, and medical malpractice cases, working closely with both the attorney and their paralegal. The firm is seeking a direct hire but is open to a temporary arrangement for the right candidate. This is a fully on-site role with an immediate start.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Legal Assistant with 5+ years of experience to assist during all phases of the litigation process, including legal intake, document preparation, calendaring court events, and managing filings. Knowledge of Philadelphia court rules and filing procedures is essential; experience with New Jersey filing is a plus. This is a high-energy, mission-driven team dedicated to providing strong legal representation to clients who are seriously injured and deeply in need of advocacy.
