Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Assistant located in Jacksonville Beach, FL. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for administrative support, preparing legal documents, organizing files, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures. The role entails liaising with attorneys and clients, managing schedules, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with communication and document handling to support the firm's services effectively.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to engage confidently and discreetly with high net worth individuals, maintaining professionalism, poise, and strict confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Skilled in anticipating the preferences and expectations of affluent clients, delivering highly personalized support with exceptional attention to detail and service standards.
  • Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and ensuring compliance with legal procedures
  • Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with attorneys, clients, and external parties
  • Effective Administrative Assistance skills, including organization, scheduling, and document management
  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in using Clio and Wealth Counsel software is a plus
  • Previous experience or knowledge in estate planning, probate, or trust administration is advantageous
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field is preferred but not required
