Responsibilities

  • Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
  • Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, and scheduling
  • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic case files
  • E-file documents in state and federal courts


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Litigation Assistant, or Administrative Assistant in a law firm preferred
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and document management
  • Experience with e-filing systems and legal software platforms


Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$65,000 – $70,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
