Legal Assistant – Commercial Litigation

Location: Clayton, MO

Compensation: $70,000 – $100,000 DOE

Work Environment: In-office, fast-paced

We’re looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a busy commercial litigation team in Clayton. If you thrive in a high-energy environment, stay calm under pressure, and enjoy working in-office with a collaborative team, this could be a great fit!

What You’ll Do

  • Provide full administrative and litigation support to attorneys.
  • Draft, proof, and format legal documents and correspondence.
  • Organize case files and manage discovery materials.
  • Schedule hearings, depositions, and meetings.
  • Communicate with clients, courts, and internal teams.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5+years as a Legal Assistant in a commercial litigation setting.
  • Strong knowledge of litigation processes and court filing procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
  • Great communication skills and a positive attitude under pressure.

Additional Information:

Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 184 hours a year, 13 Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
